This has earned us a loyal cadre of workers who form a solid foundation for operations in challenging local environments. We maintain a team of seven full-time employees in Sierra Leone. Some of these men have been with us since the beginning, others we have brought in as our operations have grown. In addition to their regular salary, our employees earn profit-sharing bonuses, and we pay for health care and school fees for their families. Employees have the opportunity to develop their skills and receive training to expand their capabilities.
